At HostValues you can pay your invoices with the following payment methods:
- iDEAL, the best-known method for customers with a Dutch bank account.
- Bancontact, for customers with a Belgian bank account.
- PayPal, usable worldwide with a PayPal account.
- Credit card, including Visa and Mastercard.
How do I pay an invoice?
- Log in to the client area.
- Open the invoice overview and click the outstanding invoice.
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.
After a successful payment, the invoice is marked as paid immediately and your service simply stays active. You also always receive the invoice by email, a few days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to pay.
Automatic payments
If you prefer not to pay manually every month, you can set up automatic payments through PayPal. When paying an invoice with PayPal you can choose a subscription, after which future invoices are paid automatically. You can stop this authorization yourself at any time in your PayPal account.
If you do not pay an invoice on time, you first receive a reminder. If the payment still does not arrive, the service may be temporarily suspended until the payment is received.
