How many players can join my DayZ server?

DayZ supports up to 60 players on a dedicated server. The number of simultaneous players you can run smoothly depends on RAM and the number of mods loaded. Our plans are sized to match different community sizes.

A vanilla DayZ server with up to 30 players runs well on 8 GB. If you use mods like DayZ Expansion or run 40 or more players, 12 GB is recommended. Heavily modded servers with 50 or more players benefit from 16 GB.
