A few PalWorldSettings.ini tweaks that matter for Southeast Asian groups:

• ServerPlayerMaxNum: set to your actual group size plus a buffer. Higher caps use more RAM even without players connected
• DeathPenalty: 0 (None), 1 (Item), 2 (ItemAndEquipment), 3 (All). For casual groups, 0 or 1 is common
• PalSpawnNumRate: higher values mean more Pals in the world, which uses more server resources
• bIsMultiplay: must be True for multiplayer
