Is the hardware the same as in Europe?
Yes. Every HostValues location runs AMD Ryzen 9 7950X processors with NVMe SSD storage and DDoS protection at network level. The game panel, backup system and support are identical. The only difference is the physical location of the machine.
Migrating an existing server
If you already have a game server hosted elsewhere and want to move to Singapore, the process is straightforward:
- Order a plan on HostValues with Singapore selected as the location
- Open a support ticket with your migration request
- We transfer your world files, configuration and game data
- You update your server address and share it with your players
Migration is handled by our support team at no extra cost. For most games, the process takes under an hour.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and iDEAL. Prices are listed in euros (EUR). Your bank or PayPal converts to your local currency at the current exchange rate.
Support and response times
Support is available from 10:00 to 22:00 CET (Central European Time). In Singapore Time (SGT), that is 17:00 to 05:00. Tickets submitted outside those hours are handled the next morning CET.
Average response time is under 30 minutes during support hours. For urgent issues (server down, DDoS), we prioritize based on severity.
